Refund policy

Poker Joker allows order cancellations only within one (1) hour of placing the order. You may request a cancellation within 60 minutes of order confirmation After 1 hour, orders cannot be canceled, as they may already be in processing or fulfillment This policy applies regardless of payment method Eligible refunds for canceled orders will be processed according to the original payment method This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
